Chin Pass Game
No hands allowed! The guests are lined up in two rows and an object like an orange or tennis ball is passed one to the other using only their chin to hold it. The first team to get the object from the beginning to the end of the line wins. If the ball is dropped then they have to pick it up and continue, or start over.
